Workshop Terms

General

(a) Due to limited events and workshop numbers plus contractual obligations to our ‘Master Tutors’, all payments of workshop fees and deposits are non-refundable and are required to confirm your seat in your selected workshop.

(b) MM reserves the right to change, if circumstances require it, the workshop venue and tutors plus cancel, postpone, or reschedule workshops at our discretion. In the event that a workshop is cancelled, attendee’s will be offered a transfer to either a new date or any of our other scheduled workshop dates.

(c) Submitting a registration form constitutes your agreement to the MM workshop terms.

Payments

Payments of workshop fees and e-gift vouchers are payable online at registration by  PayPal or Online Bank Transfer. If you are unable to use our online payment service please email us at workshops@makeovermasters.co.nz (Subject: Offline Payment Request) to request alternative registration/payment options.

Deposit payees (where applicable) must make their last installments at least 2 weeks prior to commencement of your registered workshop or deposits will be forfeit.  Please email us at workshops@makeovermasters.co.nz (Subject: Payment Extension Request) prior to the cut off time mentioned if you require an extension and we will do our best to accommodate you.

NB: If you are registering for a workshop that has seats available 3 weeks out, or less, from the commencement date, only the “Full Payment” option should be selected to guarantee your place.

Transfers

All workshops fees that have been paid in full can be transferred to another date, within a 8 month period, if required.  Requests for transference must be made, no later than 1month prior to original registration date, to workshops@makeovermasters.co.nz (Subject: Date Transfer Request). Please ensure you attach your registration receipt to your email for fast processing.

Gifting or selling* your registered seat to a third party is permitted but only by those who have paid for their workshop in full. You will be required to provide us with the ‘new attendee’s’ registration details no later than 2 weeks prior to the workshop commencement date.

To change/transfer your registration details over to the ‘new attendee’ simply open your ‘Registration Confirmation Email‘ you received at booking, and select the ‘Edit Registration Details‘ link (bottom of page). You will also need to notify us of the change at workshops@makeovermasters.co.nz (Subject: Workshop Attendee Transfer) with your Workshop Registration or Attendee ID number plus the email and phone number of the new registrant/attendee.

*If you need to sell your seat due to unforeseen circumstances please feel free to enquire whether there is anyone on our waiting list; unfortunately we can make no guarantee’s of finding you a purchaser.

PRO Workshops

Additional Term Adjustments

MM makes no guarantees to the level of expertise a PRO workshop attendee will leave with, as it will differ from person to person depending on their natural artistic skills and their ability to see balance (especially with hair), which ultimately we have no control over.

Transfers
PRO Workshop attendee’s must select workshops carefully as transfers will only be permitted for 14 days after the original purchase date; and only if the workshop you wish to be transferred from has a commencement date of 6 weeks or later. Requests for transference can be made to workshops@makeovermasters.co.nz (Subject: Pro Workshop Transfer Request). Please ensure you attach your registration receipt to your email for fast processing.
