QIs there an office number I can ring or someone I can speak to directly?

A. At this stage there is no office number. To speak to someone directly please email us first with your query, or a request to be rung, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Anyone registering for a workshop will automatically receive all our contact details, including mobiles, in our workshop confirmation email.

NB: Due to our directors/employees/tutors all being freelance hair, makeup & styling professionals, we are not always contactable or available through ‘normal office hours’…but emails will be checked as often as possible throughout the day and evenings and replied to within 48hrs of reading them.


 Q. Will my details be shared with anyone else?

A. In short no! But please read our Privacy Policy.

Q. How do I know if I have won a prize/competition?

A. All prize winners will be notified by email and prizes will be couriered to the address supplied in your membership profile. Please ensure your profile is always kept up to date.

Q. Where do I find my ‘member coupon code’ for an eGift Voucher discount?

A. Go to the login page and click on to your ‘Welcome Page’ link.

Q. Can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

A. To unsubscribe from our newsletter simply select the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter itself.

Q. Can I deactivate my membership?

A. If you wish to deactivate your membership please use our site ‘Contact Us’ email box and simply put “Deactivate Membership for…’Username’.” (With a sad faced emoji beside it – optional.)




Q. Is the shop secure?

A.Yes. The Makeover Masters shop uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol.

Q. Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?

A. No. PayPal has optimized the checkout experience so you may pay with credit card without being an account holder. Otherwise you can choose to make your payment through our Online Bank Transfer option.

As Paypal processes all payments, we have no access to any credit card numbers or bank details at any point.


Q. Can I transfer my workshop to another date?

A. All workshops fees that have been paid in full can be transferred to another date, within a 6mth period, if required.  Requests for transference must be made, no later than 1month prior to original registration date, to (Subject: Date Transfer Request). Please ensure you attach your registration receipt to your email for fast processing.

Q. Can I on sell or give my workshop to another person?

A. Yes you can, but only if your workshop has been paid in full.  You will be required to provide us with ‘new attendee’s’ registration details no later than 2 weeks prior to the workshop commencement date. To change/transfer your registration details over to the new attendee’s simply open your ‘Registration Confirmation Email‘ you received at booking, and select the ‘Edit Registration Details‘ link (bottom of page).  You will also need to notify us of the change at (Subject: Workshop Attendee Transfer) with your Workshop Registration or Attendee ID number plus the email and phone number of the new registrant/attendee.

Q. How long do I have before I need to redeem my gift voucher?

A. One year from date of purchase.

Q. I have accidentally deleted my e-gift voucher email.  Can I still redeem it?

A. If the person who originally bought the e-gift voucher still has the proof of purchase receipt, or you have written the voucher number down, or can give us enough details such as gift receivers name, workshop type, date of purchase, name of purchaser, then we should be able to locate the original voucher details and forward them to you.

Q. Can I redeem my gift voucher for cash?

A. Short answer – No.

Q. Can I regift my voucher?

A. If you haven’t redeemed the voucher, then yes no problems.  Simply forward your original ‘gift voucher’ email back to us at (Subject: e-Gift Voucher Recipient Transfer) with the name and contact details of the new recipient.

Q. Can I change the workshop type gifted to me to another one?

A. No we are unable to exchange gifted workshops presently. But you may on-sell or regift (as mentioned above) your e-gift voucher and then purchase the workshop you prefer.

Q. Can I transfer my voucher to another date once it has been redeemed?

A. As detailed in the ‘Important Info’ of your voucher, workshops are non-transferable through the e-gift voucher system once they have been redeemed – so please select your date carefully. The only change to this will be if Makeover Masters has to postpone a workshop that you’ve booked yourself on, to another date.
